Septic pumping Colorado Springs

Don't let poop ruin your day (or your property)

Regular pump-outs are the cheapest insurance your septic system can get. TCS pumps residential and commercial tanks across Colorado Springs, the Tri-Lakes area, Black Forest, the Ute Pass and Teller County.

Tell us your tank size and what's going on: routine pump-out, backing up, getting ready for repairs, or selling the house. We'll set it up. While we're there, we can check baffles, risers and the overall condition of the system so small problems don't turn into big ones.

Airbnb or VRBO on a septic system? We've got you.

Mountain cabins and rentals in Woodland Park, Divide, Florissant, Cascade and Green Mountain Falls run on septic, and so do plenty of homes out east in Peyton, Falcon and Calhan. TCS inspects them.

We'll locate your system, check the tanks and drain field, and tell you plainly what shape it's in and what (if anything) needs fixing. Selling a home or buying a business? We do real-estate and certified commercial septic/sewer inspections too.

Tell us the property address and your deadline, and we'll get you on the calendar.

O&M contracts

Set it and forget it. We won't.

An operation and maintenance (O&M) contract puts your system on a regular plan. We come out on schedule, so it keeps meeting its permit requirements and problems get caught early, before they turn into costly repairs.

We offer 1-year and 2-year O&M contracts for homes and businesses. Ask about O&M contracts and grease trap maintenance plans.

Option 1

1-Year O&M

A full year of scheduled operation and maintenance visits.

Option 2

2-Year O&M

Two years on the plan. Lock it in and stop thinking about it.

Seriously awesome company, always getting the job done fast and with expert care. Tac and his team have saved me twice recently given my crazy septic situation!! Can't recommend anyone more -- these guys rock.

Mr. Cobb and his crew were awesome. I have used them on emergency services and now regular maintenance. Very friendly, affordable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Robert Grissom

Tac and his team are phenomenal. We had a last minute crisis with a septic system ON THE DAY OF CLOSING and even though Tac was out of town, he bent over backwards and operated with a sense of urgency to get us taken care of. Added bonus: their communication and follow through are fantastic!

The Awaka Group at Keller WilliamsGoogle review

I called TCS Septic Pumping and talked to Tac on Saturday, May 13, around 9 a.m. He came out the same day only a few hours later. He pumped the septic for exactly what he quoted on the phone, nothing extra. When he was here I told him about the problems that I was having with my leach field and he walked around the property with me and told me everything that I could do to fix the problem myself so that I would not have to spend a ton of money. Another company had quoted thousands of dollars without even looking at it. Tac offered to help with his dump truck, make calls for dirt and help me find equipment to use to fix my leach field. He is a stand up guy that runs a hell of an honest business and as long as I live out here in Peyton I will use TCS Septic Pumping and recommend him to anyone that I can. He really saved us big when we needed it.

Jacob Webster

Did a great job! Called back right away, very polite, easy to talk to, very prompt and does a great job! I would highly recommend!

Karen Vandenhoff

Great service. I called and had same day service. My septic was way overdue and they worked quick to get it cleaned out. Very fair price. I will be using them again.
